Deciding on a career can be an exciting but sometimes confusing time. There’s such a huge variety of professions to choose from and often more than one route into them.

We’ve got jobs to match any level of experience, whether you’re looking for an entry level post or a senior management role.

If you’re not sure where to begin, why not apply for one of our work experience or volunteering opportunities? You might also find that our exceptional apprenticeship and graduate programmes may be the perfect way to gain valuable insight into a field you’re interested in. That way you can be confident that it’s truly the career for you before you commit to further education or training.

You could also sign up as a public member of our Trust. It’s free and looks great on your CV. It allows you to find out a little more about the way a foundation trust runs and you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your ideas about our hospital’s future. If you later join us as an employee, your membership will be converted to staff membership.
