The recruitment team at the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) are delighted to be able to offer a fantastic opportunity for a customer focussed, friendly and enthusiastic individual, as part of our expanding service.  The Myeloma service is looking for a motivated and organised individual to take on the new role of Patient Pathway Navigator.  The role will involve acting as a centralised point of contact for patients,  
working  alongside the clinical nurse specialist (CNS) team escalating patients’ concerns as appropriate.  You will also be pivotal in coordinating the care of patients through their hospital care journey, providing the patient with the relevant information and coordinate any test preparations that need to be sent or collected by the patient.
