UHS graduate scheme: operations management
Each year we look for exceptional graduates to join our in-house graduate management training scheme. The scheme offers the opportunity to build a challenging and rewarding career within NHS operational management.

During your time in our graduate scheme, you’ll gain broad experience at all levels of a large, complex NHS organisation, with the intention that you'll be qualified for a management post within the Trust at the end of the scheme.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU
Our programme runs for two years, consisting of two year-long placements covering an operational and then a strategic focus. You’ll be provided with a mentor from the Trust’s senior leadership team who’ll coach and support you through the programme.
Along with having gained or having been predicted a 2:2 in any degree subject, we’re looking for people who share our values, have the potential to be our next leaders, and have the drive to develop.
OUR 2022 PROCESS
You can make your application until 30 March. Shortly after you have made your application we will be sending you a psychometric test, where you will be asked to complete two areas of Factors and Logiks. You will have four days to complete these tests in order to be considered for the next stage.
Successful candidate from stage one will then be invited to take part in a Video Interview, these will take place between 8 to 18 April.
Our final stage of interviews is an Assessment Centres, which will be held at the beginning of May. At the assessment centre you will be asked to take part in 3 sections. These will consist of a competency interview, a role play of a scenario and a presentation of analysing data.
Our successful new recruits will join UHS in September 2022
