Support for our staff

The wellbeing of our staff members is really important to us. The employee assistance programme (EAP) is available to all staff and their partners and children (aged 16 to 21) who are living at the same address. It's free to use and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The EAP offers a range of support and advice including emotional support, counselling and legal and debt advice. They can help with both personal and workplace issues.
