Active involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives, coupled with serving as the LGBT+ co-chair, broadened Stephanie's impact at UHS. "Being the LGBT+ co-chair allowed me to contribute to creating a workplace where everyone feels seen and heard," she shares, showcasing the profound impact of inclusive initiatives on workplace culture.

Her vision extends beyond achievements, envisioning continued growth in these initiatives.
