We are looking for highly motivated and proactive individuals to join the Obstetric and Ultrasound administration team at Princess Anne Hospital as an Administration assistant.
In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to patients, relatives/carers and to external agencies and you will build good working relationship with the Consultants, the rest of the administrative team and nursing staff.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, are essential.
Working closely with your team, your duties will vary but will include direct communication with patients and healthcare professionals, arranging appointments, managing the outcome from outpatient clinics, and facilitating the flow of information among clinicians and support services.
