The Cardiovascular and Thoracic care group are delighted to offer a new position within our administration and clerical (A&C) department to work with the teams to develop and implement standardised ways of working, embed digital solutions and support the development of individuals and services.

The successful applicant will need a practical understanding of the intricacies and interdependencies of trust systems and be enthusiastic about how we can make our processes as clear as possible for the benefit of both our teams and our patients.  The postholder will be very much a part of the A&C team but will also work with the support teams within the trust such as Transformation, OAC, Access to take the best of what we have and ideally make it better!

The postholder will report to the Operational Manager for CV&T, reflecting the cross care group nature of this role (as opposed to a specialty focus) and the impact this work will have the experience of our patients, the efficient use of our capacity and the admin teams.
