We are seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking Band 7 Transformation Manager to join the newly established Strategic Network for Critical Care (SNCC), a dynamic programme bringing together Adult and Neonatal Critical Care Operational Delivery Networks across the South East of England.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a new, integrated model for critical care networks from 2025/26 onwards. As the Transformation Manager, you will:

• Support the core network team to develop agile and modernised ways       of working

• Help set clear objectives, prioritise workloads and streamline processes

• Lead the development of a shared resourcing hub, including data     analytics and administrative support functions

• Drive transformational programmes and project management, ensuring   the network is sustainable, future-ready and able to maximise new   funding opportunities

• Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams, providers, commissioners and regional partners.
