Clinical Engineering is looking for a qualified Clinical Technologist (entry level) to join its team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. For candidates that don't have the relevant experience or qualifications, a position may be considered at a lower band. You will offer technical advice to clinical and scientific staff and complete planned maintenance, corrective maintenance, calibration, acceptance, and decommissioning tasks on a range of medical equipment.

With a clear focus on quality and patient services, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of medical equipment across many clinical specialities that support the delivery of world class healthcare here at University Hospital Southampton, within the local healthcare community and overseas. The role may include exciting opportunities for 2-5 days of overseas work per year.
