Are you passionate about improving patient care through research? Do you want a dynamic role where no two days are the same? Join our Agile Research Delivery Team (ARDT) and play a vital role in bringing cutting-edge health and care research to communities across the region.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the NIHR Research Delivery Network, supporting high-quality research studies that make a real difference to patients, services, and populations.
As a Clinical Research Practitioner, you’ll be part of a flexible, forward-thinking team delivering and supporting research across a wide range of health and care settings.
Depending on service need, your role may include:
Participant-facing research delivery – recruiting, consenting, and supporting participants through research studies, carrying out clinical assessments, and ensuring safe, high-quality care.
Research support and set-up – working with partners to open new study sites, engage communities, and ensure studies are delivered efficiently and in line with governance standards.
You won’t be expected to do everything at once — but you will have the opportunity to develop a broad, transferable skill set across both areas, making you a key part of a truly agile workforce.
This post can be based in either Shirley Research Hub or South Central Regional Research Delivery Network (SCRRDN).
