Duties will be shared with speciality doctors and paediatric trainees within department, and will include (with appropriate training):

-Diagnostic work up of new oncology / haematology referrals
-Day to day management of haematology / oncology in patients 
-Review of patients attending for chemotherapy 
-Performing bone marrow aspirates / lumbar punctures
-Attendance of outpatient clinics
-Presentation of cases at weekly MDT
-Prescription and administration of chemotherapy
-Development of a quality improvement project
