We are looking for an experienced and motivated Heart Failure Specialist Nurse to join the Heart Failure Integrated Service in UHS.  

This is a 2 year role at Band 7, funded by Pfizer with the aim of improving equity of access and strengthening clinical services and establishing pathways for those patients with a diagnosis of cardiac Amyloidosis. 

You will work closely with the Heart Failure Consultants, nurses and the integrated MDT to develop UHS as a regional centre of Amyloidosis in the South of England that compliments the National Amyloid Centre role.
