Are you a current Band 7 or an experienced Band 6 looking for a new challenge? This role could be for you. We are looking for a Ward Leader to join the Renal inpatient ward on E12, this is a permanent, full-time position. 

E12 is a Renal inpatient ward at University Hospital Southampton (UHS), which opened December 2023. The ward features 22 beds for both male and female patients, providing a caring environment for everyone. In addition to renal patients, the ward also accommodates medical short stay patients, ensuring a broad range of care options within the ward.

E12 have two dedicated side rooms where we offer a Monday to Friday dialysis service. This ensures that patients can receive essential treatment right here on the ward without needing to transfer to another location.
