We are looking for highly motivated leader to join our Paediatric G4 SUN team.  G4 is an 17-bed regional surgical, urological and nephrology ward, specialising in a whole range of surgical, urology and nephrology conditions including renal dialysis, tumour resection, major bladder and bowel surgery.  

The ward treats children from birth up to 18 years old.  G4 also includes our paediatric haemodialysis unit.     

We are a friendly, welcoming, and supportive team and there are opportunities to work across departments gaining clinical leadership and management skills along the way. We are invested in supporting all our staff to explore their own leadership perspectives and the importance of relationships with themselves and others with the objective of developing their skills in leading diverse and cohesive teams.
