We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our Theatre & Operations team at Women and Newborn Care Group (Princess Anne Hospital). This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of our theatre complex, supporting efficient scheduling, utilisation, and capacity planning.

 Working closely with the Theatre Team Leader, Theatre Matron and Care Group Operations Team, you will play a key part in achieving service objectives and improving patient outcomes.

You will be collaborating with a wide range of professionals, including consultants, theatre teams, and managers, to maintain high standards of care and operational performance.
