As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations. Your duties will include leading a team of Band 5 nurses and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care. You will manage caseloads, ensure compliance with governance standards, provide staff training, and address complex patient needs. 

Additionally, you will coordinate multidisciplinary care and drive service improvements through audits and evidence-based practices. You will report to your Band 7 Team Manager, and you will also collaborate with the CICU matron.
