We are looking for experienced nurses to join our Cardiovascular & Thoracic operational team to undertake the responsibility for the management of the emergency and elective admission processes across the Care Group. By using your clinical experience and professional judgement you will be responsible for the safe and appropriate placement of patients together with the achievement of related Trust targets.
