You will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in the management of the service, ensuring high standards of patient care are maintained and acting as a credible role model and patients advocate at all times, using the NMC/HCPC Professional Code of Conduct as the framework for your professional practice. As a Senior Theatre Practitioner you will work collaboratively with the Team Leader, your Band 6 colleagues, Matron and Paediatric clinical leads.
