We are seeking an experienced and established Advanced Clinical Practice leader to provide interim leadership, professional support to the Critical Care Outreach Team (CCOT). 

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly credible ACP leader who can quickly establish effective relationships, provide professional oversight, support service development, and help strengthen the ACP workforce across the care group during a period of transition and development.

The successful candidate will combine expert clinical credibility with strong leadership, workforce planning, education, governance, and quality improvement experience. They will work collaboratively with clinical, operational, nursing, medical, and allied health professional leaders to support the leadership of the CCOT.

Provide visible and effective leadership for Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) and Trainee ACPs (TACPs).
Provide professional leadership and guidance to ACPs across the service.
Ensure appropriate clinical supervision, educational support, and governance arrangements are in place.
