Southampton Children's Hospital Outpatient Department currently has a band 6 vacancy for 22.5 hours a week on a six month contract. 

The role will require you to support the band 7 department manager in the daily running of the department, ensuring clinics are staffed appropriately and managed in accordance to the speciality clinic.  You will be required to liaise with the multidisciplinary teams, families and carers ensuring queries and complaints are dealt with effectively.  You will be required to supervise staff ensuring appraisals are complete, training and performance is monitored.
