We are seeking an experienced and motivated Respiratory Nurse Specialist to take on a Band 7 leadership role managing our busy Respiratory Outpatient Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled clinician to combine advanced practice with operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred respiratory care.

You will play a key role in leading and managing outpatient services, supporting patients with chronic respiratory conditions such as COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, and other complex respiratory disorders. This role includes supporting the home oxygen and respiratory OPAT service.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teams within Respiratory Medicine but also across wider specialities. This role will include direct line management of nurse specialists, registered nurses and health care assistants who work within the respiratory outpatient centre. 
This role is varied and we are looking for a passionate collaborative leader to continue to develop this growing service.
