The Structural Heart Service is looking for an enthusiastic Band 6 Nurse Specialist to joint its dynamic team and growing percutaneous valve service.  This is a fixed term position for 12 months full time core hour service. 

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless management of TAVI and Mitral  patients throughout their patient journey.

The role of the Structural Heart Specialist Nurse involves supporting patients, relatives, and the wider MDT throughout the patient journey. This includes initial assessment and diagnosis, MDT discussion, preparation for the procedure and after care/follow up in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.
