We are seeking a Band 7 Education Senior Sister / Charge Nurse to join the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.

You will provide clinical leadership while driving education, training, and workforce development to support high-quality, patient-centered care.
You will support safe, evidence-based care for critically ill cardiac patients and lead on staff competence, learning, and best practice in a fast-paced, specialist environment.

We are looking for a compassionate leader with critical care or cardiac experience and a strong commitment to education and quality improvement.
