An exciting opportunity has arisen for a caring, motivated and enthusiastic midwife to join Hampshire NEST (Needing Extra Support Team) as a Band 7 Team Leader.

As part of our expansion to four continuity of carer caseloading teams, this role will support vulnerable women and families across Hampshire and the New Forest, including women from our Black and Asian communities. 

You will lead a team of 6–8 midwives delivering a 24/7 continuity service, providing personalised care throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for an individual passionate about reducing inequalities and improving outcomes for mothers and babies, in line with Better Births (2016) and the national continuity of carer agenda.
