Are you ready to make a real difference in patient care and service delivery? As the Private & Overseas Patients Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the operational management and strategic direction of our patient services, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care and experience. This is a dynamic position where your leadership will directly shape service improvements, streamline processes, and drive the achievement of both national and local targets.

Working at the heart of our Care Groups and Divisions, you will lead on service and pathway redesign, collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to modernise practices and enhance patient throughput. Your expertise will support the organisation’s commitment to excellence, helping us meet performance benchmarks and deliver on our promise of “Patients First”, “Always Improving”, and “Working Together”.

You will report to senior management and act as a line manager for a dedicated team of administrative and clerical staff.
