Join us as a Digital Project Lead, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative software solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of HICSS software implementation projects for external commercial customers, ensuring successful outcomes through expert project management and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to manage complex digital change initiatives, balancing competing priorities and tight deadlines with confidence.

About the team

The HICSS team provide operational support for the Endoscopy management software used at UHS and at partner Trusts, as well as delivering regular upgrades to enhance and expand the functionality within these applications.
Core hours for the HICSS Commercial team are 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.
